Dale Kerns
This year’s winner is Dale Kerns of the Tri-M Group. This award is given to the ABC Member who recruits the most new members in a calendar year. It is named after Past ABC Delaware Chair- man and ABC National Chairman, Ken Adams of PACE Services.
Dale is a first-time Adams Cup recipient. In the past 10 months he has recruited seven new members to our as- sociation. Over the past 11⁄2 years, he has recruited 12 members for ABC Delaware.

to create the next generation of ABC supporters.
He has been a strong supporter and contributor of both our local Political Action Committee and our national Polit- ical Action Committee, which help elect pro-merit shop legislators.
Finally, he encourages other ABC members to get involved and helps them understand the value of participation in our association. Paul truly embodies the spirit of ABC and is well deserving of this award.
