But many buyers today want houses where they can move right in — no work, no worries (who has the time?). Tracey Clark Gill, a real estate agent at Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty, confirms that some of her clients want a renovated rowhouse in a “hot neighborhood,” but they do not want to do any work on a house, not even choosing finishes or appliances.
