GLOBAL DAY FOR DOING GOOD
In 2023, Regeneron held its seventh annual Day for Doing Good, when employees across the company participated (virtually
and in-person) in volunteer service projects. We take our role
in society seriously. Beyond our labs, we empower and resource our colleagues’ community involvement, volunteerism and giving to causes important to them. This is just one way that employees give back to their communities, with other year-round opportunities like employee Volunteer Time Off and National Volunteer Week.
PRO-BONO SERVICE
Regeneron partners with Taproot Foundation to offer a skills- based service program that leverages employee talents to address urgent nonprofit needs and provide capacity building solutions.
REGENERON MATCHING-GIFT PROGRAM
Regeneron offers each employee a 1:1 match-up to $5,000 annually for financial contributions to eligible nonprofits and education institutions.

are creating the ideas and solutions that
