The Business Council of Westchester, the county’s business advocacy and membership organization, is proud to present this annual guide. With the 2018 edition, we are introducing you to all that makes liv- ing in Westchester, Orange, Rockland and Putnam Counties so enjoyable.

This past year has been a very exciting one for the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® Inc. (HGAR) and for potential homeowners in
our region. It began with our merger with the Manhattan Association of REALTORS®, expanding home buying opportunities for New York City residents seeking to relocate to the Hudson Valley.
Over the last year, our Association has grown to almost 11,000 members, with REALTOR® professionals who are
dedicated to maximizing your home-buying experience. HGMLS now offers more than 20,000 listings stretching from lower Manhattan to the borders of Sullivan and Ulster Counties.
