Section, contributing author and editor of the Delaware Law Review and recent co-presenter of a CLE addressing estate planning and contract drafting during the pandemic. Cummings is a barrister of the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court who participated in the 2018 National Advocacy Training Program. A graduate of the Elisabeth Haub School of Law

an Academic Merit Scholarship, he
twice served as a volunteer law clerk in Delaware courts. Before becoming an attorney, Cummings served as a Coordi- nator of International Relations on the JET Programme, fostering international and community relations while stationed abroad in Tatsuruhama, Japan.
Bonnie W. David
is a senior litiga-
tion associate in the Delaware office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Her prac-
tice focuses on corporate and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, as well as other state and federal courts across the country. David’s experience includes representing corporations and their directors, officers and advisers in merger and acquisition- related litigation, derivative suits, corporate statutory proceedings, federal securities litigation and other stockhold- er disputes. She is also a mother to two toddler boys, ages 3 and 2.
Richard “Shark” Forsten
is a partner with Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr, where he practices in land use, commercial real estate, business and
real estate litigation, and administrative
law. A believer in public service, he currently serves as president of the Appoquinimink School Board, on two boards related to the Ministry of Caring, and the board of the Everett Theatre. He is a past president of the Delaware State Bar Association, still serves on its Executive Committee, and serves on the Supreme Court Rules Committee. In 2019, he was named one of Delaware’s Outstanding Volunteers by Governor John Carney.
Doug MacGray graduated from Gordon College and Suffolk Univer- sity School of Law before coming to Delaware, where he
engaged in private practice for a dozen years. Subsequently, he purchased part of a financial planning firm and obtained a Certified Financial Planner certification. He has been working as a financial and investment planning professional ever since. He is currently the sole owner and president of Stonecrop Wealth Advisors based in Chadds Ford, PA.
Trisha McGinnis
is a paralegal in the Division of Civil Rights and Public Trust of the Dela- ware Department of Justice. She has
a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a post-bachelor’s certificate in Legal Studies, and is a Delaware Certified Paralegal.
Hon. Michael K. Newell
was a Family Court Judge for over 10 years before becom- ing Chief Judge in 2015. He received
a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware, a master’s degree from Northeastern
University and his juris doctor degree from Widener University Delaware Law School. Chief Judge Newell began his career in Family Court as an executive

Thompson, and later served as a Master. His private practice concentration was in family law at Bayard and later Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz.
Denise Nordheimer
is the founder of Nordheimer Law, LLC and a former chief deputy in the New Castle County Register of Wills
Office. She is a graduate of New York University, Widener University School of Law, and holds a certificate in Estate Planning from Villanova Law School’s Graduate Tax Program. Denise is admit- ted to practice law in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the Federal District Court for the District of Delaware.
Sean O’Sullivan
is the chief of com- munity relations for the State of Dela- ware Administra- tive Office of the Courts. O’Sullivan
joined the Delaware courts in 2015 and is the first person to hold his current position. He was a reporter for more than 15 years with The News Journal in Wilmington, where he covered the legal community.
Stephanie S. Riley
is an associate with Connolly Gallagher LLP who litigates on behalf of govern- mental bodies, in intellectual property
and commercial litigation. A graduate of University of Maryland and George Washington University Law School, she is a member of the Richard S. Rodney American Inn of Court, a volunteer representing petitioners for protection from abuse orders in Family Court, a co-chair for the Combined Campaign for Justice and board member of the Delaware Children’s Museum.
