  Tabatha L. Castro, Esq. attended Widener University School
of Law, where she was on the Moot Court Honor Society Executive Board and
founded and became the first President of the Latin American Law Student Associa- tion. Castro is the President and Manag- ing Attorney of The Castro Firm, Inc., a minority and woman-owned regional law firm specializing in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida legal matters. She is licensed to practice law in the states of Delaware and New Jersey. Castro is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, Federal District Courts of Delaware and New Jersey, Dela- ware Supreme Court and the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Cleon L.
Cauley, Sr., Esq. was named Chief Operating Officer
of Delaware State University in January 2020, responsible and accountable for the
administration, coordination, develop- ment and implementation of all university operation activities. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Legal Affairs & General Counsel, responsible for managing the university’s legal representation in all litigation and administrative proceedings. Previously, Cauley founded and operated The Cauley Firm LLC, where he represented high- profile criminal and civil matters. Cauley received his J.D. in 2003 from Howard University School of Law.
Jacquelyn A. Chacona, Esq. has dedicated her career to public ser- vice. She has worked for Delaware Volun- teer Legal Services (DVLS) for over
20 years, first as the domestic violence attorney and currently as the outreach/ case placement attorney. Prior to join- ing DVLS, she worked at Legal Services
Corporation of Delaware for two years. She received her B.A. in English from the University of Delaware and her J.D. from Delaware Law School at Widener University.
The Hon. Arlene Minus Coppadge graduated from the University of Mary- land with a B.A. degree in Criminal Justice and was awarded a J.D. from
Duquesne University School of Law. Upon completion of her legal education, Judge Coppadge worked in the Law Office of Leonard L. Williams before working in the City Solicitor’s Office.
In October of 1994, she was appointed by Gov. Thomas R. Carper as the first Commissioner for the State of Delaware, in the Court of Common Pleas. In the fall of 2003, Judge Coppadge received an historic nomination from Gov. Ruth Ann Minner, and on September 24, 2003, she was unanimously confirmed by the Delaware State Senate as the first African American woman appointed Judge to the Family Court for the State of Delaware.
The Hon. Natalie J. Haskins received her B.A. degree in English from the Univer- sity of Delaware before graduating, cum laude, from
the American University Washington College of Law. She began her legal career as a corporate litigation associate at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell. Thereafter, she worked in the Depart- ment of Justice’s Criminal and Family Divisions. Judge Haskins also served
as a Deputy Child Advocate with the Office of the Child Advocate, represent- ing foster children. Her strong desire for juvenile justice led her to the Office of the Public Defender as the lead Assistant Public Defender for the Family Court’s Juvenile Gun Court. Judge Haskins was nominated by Gov. Jack Markell to serve as a Family Court Judge and confirmed in December of 2015.

is an accomplished litigator, commu- nity organizer and reformer. He cur- rently is owner and Managing Partner of Johnson Law Firm,
where his areas of practice include family law, civil litigation and civil rights matters. Johnson is the past Chair of the Multicul- tural Judges and Lawyers Branch of the Delaware State Bar Association and he
is the Chair of the Diversity Committee. In 2017, he was named to the Delaware Business Times Top 40 Under 40. Johnson is a proud graduate of the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware and the Delaware Law School at Widener University.
Gilberte Pierre, Esq.
is a staff attorney with Community Legal Aid Society, Inc. (CLASI) in the Housing and Public Benefits unit. She represents clients in subsidized housing
facing eviction and in administrative pro- ceedings. Pierre advocates for clients whose public benefits are denied or terminated. She is a graduate of Widener University Delaware Law School, Metropolitan College of New York and St. Francis College. Pierre is admitted to practice
in Delaware and New York.
Tasha Marie Stevens, Esq. graduated from Milford High School (1996), Virginia State University (2000) and Howard University School of Law (2003).
She has practiced with Fuqua, Willard, Stevens & Schab, P.A. (or its predecessors) since her 2003 admission to the Delaware Bar. She provides representation primar- ily in criminal defense, personal injury, civil rights and general civil litigation
and is currently admitted to practice in Delaware’s state and federal courts and the United States Supreme Court. She currently serves on the Court of Chancery Rules Commission.
