Getting back on track: “Cosmetics aren’t important to me, but my health is. There was a time when I was going to boot camp three to four times a week and eating well. But between sprain- ing my ankle last year and teaching on top of my regular job, it fell to the wayside. Like many women, I put myself last and I’m not entirely sure how to break that cycle. I’m taking a break from teaching in the fall and I hope I can find the energy to get back to a healthy lifestyle.”
