We can provide hotel, Baltimore Convention Center and other facility information, as well as the scheduling of pertinent appointments, introductions to appropriate sales representatives and accompaniment on tours of facilities by Visit Baltimore staff.

Voluntourism
Through this unique activity, groups participate in team-building projects that enhance their travel experience while helping the local community. Voluntourism is a great alternative to rounds of golf, professional sporting events and other typical group outings.

Attendance Building &
Destination Marketing
We are pleased to have a full-time marketing director dedicated to conventions and meetings. We will work with you to promote your meeting and build attendance. One of our first steps is to set up a marketing meeting to go over our assets and create a strategy.
Custom Landing Page
Visit Baltimore will create a custom microsite for you — complete with your own image and logo, an interactive hotel block map, “Show Your Badge” discounts and other critical information about getting to and around Baltimore. Link to the microsite from your organization’s website and email campaigns or include the URL in printed materials.
Social Media Support
In addition to connecting with Baltimore to help build attendance, our social channels are a fast and easy way for your attendees to reach out, ask questions and find out what’s going on around the city when they’ll be in town.
