Alzheimer’s takes so much away. We salute those who are giving back.
Cognitive disorders that affect thinking and memory, like Alzheimer’s disease, devastate patients and families. But, fortunately there are people working to transform care, strengthen caregiver support and promote public awareness including the renowned geriatric psychiatrist, Dr. James M. Ellison, who has joined Christiana Care Health System as The Swank Foundation Endowed Chair in Memory Care and Geriatrics. Thanks to generous gifts from The Swank Foundation,
