THE DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. LEGACY DT INNER
he Black Alumni of Salesianum School (BASS) hosted a beautiful evening
of fellowship, inspiration, prayer and remembrance to honor the
life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Alumni, students, families and friends of Salesianum filled Centenary Hall to hear the inspiring words of keynote speaker Cerron Cade, Delaware’s Secretary of Labor, and the soulful sounds of The Archdiocese of Wilmington’s Gospel Choir.
A special congratulations to Mike Thomas ’74 on being honored with the BASS 2019 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Legacy Award, and students Darnell Vaughn
’19 and Christion Wheeler’19
on receiving the William Jones Legacy Award. Together, we
