REGENERON IN THE COMMUNITY
FOSTERING THE FUTURE OF WSCIENTIFIC TALENT
REGENERON SCIENCE TALENT SEARCH
To continue our long-standing tradition of supporting science education, we are honored and humbled to be the new title sponsor of the most prestigious pre-college science and mathematics competition, the Regeneron Science Talent Search (STS),
a program of the Society for Science & the Public. We’ve made a 10-year, $100 million commitment to the competition, knowing that today’s most promising young scientists are creating the ideas and solutions that solve our most urgent challenges.
PRO-BONO SERVICE
Regeneron partners with Taproot Foundation to offer a skills- based service program that leverages employee talents to address urgent nonprofit needs and provide capacity building solutions.
REGENERON MATCHING-GIFT PROGRAM
Regeneron offers each employee a 1:1 match-up to $5,000 annually for financial contributions to eligible nonprofits and education institutions.

e know that when the best and brightest pursue science, we all advance. As a company founded with the goal of transforming lives through science, our most important social commitment has been
to support future scientific innovators. Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education is at the heart of our corporate citizenship efforts.
We seek to energize the next generation of groundbreaking minds and attract more students to science careers. Our STEM programs support, challenge and reward the best and brightest minds in science research, increase the effective- ness of science teachers and build pathways to science research by addressing STEM skills and career awareness gaps among students historically underrepresented in
the sciences. Locally, we are proud to support Yonkers Partners In Education, the STEM Leadership Center and the Westchester Science & Engineering Fair.
GIVING@REGENERON
Regeneron’s employee-giving programs empower our people to donate time, skills and money, and to collaborate in the creation of positive change in the communities where we work and live.
GLOBAL DAY FOR DOING GOOD
In 2017, Regeneron held its first annual Day for Doing Good, when employees from across the company participated in volunteer community-service projects ranging from classroom STEM projects to career coaching to local park beautification. In total, more than 3,300 colleagues participated in more than 220 community-service projects around the globe.
REGENERON IN THE COMMUNITY (RIC)
RIC is our company volunteer program, which empowers employees to lead and self-organize philanthropic and volunteer projects to support our local communities. Anchored by National Volunteer week in April and Corporate Day of Service in October, RIC presents more than 30 service projects annually.
