» Chester County Hospital, an affiliate of Penn Medicine, offers an array of inpatient and outpatient services, including heart and vascular interventions, advanced spine surgery, oncology, and comprehensive maternal/infant health services.
» The Chester County Health Department provides a range of services to the community, including immunizations, testing for sexually transmitted infections, and maternal/child healthcare.
» The Maternal Child Health Consortium helps Chester County women maintain healthy pregnancies and assists their young children in getting a healthy start.
» The Chester County Department of Aging Services has published a guide to accessing services for seniors on its website at www.chesco.org/135/aging. The site also has directories of providers for adult day care, meals/food programs, home care, and nursing facilities.
» Genesis Healthcare Inc. is one of the major providers of long-term senior care in the county. Local Genesis facilities include Brandywine Hall in West Chester, Highgate at Paoli Pointe, and The Belvedere in Chester.
