EILEENCARAKER
Master of Science in Nursing
Eileen has maintained a 4.0 grade point average while earning her Master of Science in Nursing degree in the
Leadership program/Educator concentration. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from
LaSalle University. A registered nurse for more than 25 years, Eileen is nationally certified as a Sexual Assault Nurse
Examiner in pediatrics, adolescents and adults. Employed by the Gloucester County (N.J.) Prosecutor’s Office as a
Forensic Nurse Coordinator, she is responsible for oversight of the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) and the
Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) program. Eileen has taught and presented at a variety of health care, law
enforcement, educational and social service agencies. She serves on numerous government commi ees and is a
member of many professional organizations. Eileen and her family reside inWenonah, N.J.
SCOTTW GRAY
Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science
Sco earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science and a 4.0 grade point average. He received an
Associate in Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice fromDelaware Technical and Community College. A
member of the Dean’s List and Pi Gamma Mu, the Behavioral Science Honor Society, Sco is also a veteran of the
U.S. Coast Guard. Employed as a civilian by the Delaware State Police since 2007, he currently holds the position
of Senior Telecommunications Specialist. Sco ’s post-graduation plans include pursuit of a master’s degree in
Criminology with a focus on social research. He and his family are residents of Newark, Del.
DONNAK GRIGGS
Master of Business Administration – Marketing Management and Organizational Leadership
Donna completes her M.B.A. studies with a 3.95 grade point average and a dual master’s degree in Marketing
Management and Organizational Leadership. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting
Telecommunications and Mass Media from Temple University and is also a member of Sigma Beta Delta, the
International Honor Society in Business, Management, and Administration. Donna is employed by the Coalition of
Cancer Cooperative Groups in Philadelphia, Pa., as a Corporate Communication Project Manager. She serves as the
volunteer Youth Director at Powerhouse Ministries, Inc., where she guides and mentors more than 70 children, ages
2-18. Donna and her family are residents of New Castle, Del.

SHARON L SCHOFIELD
Master of Science in Nursing
Sharon graduates with a 3.96 grade point average from the MSN program in Leadership with an Educator
concentration. She received her B.S.N. fromWilmington University and her A.A.S. degree and RN certification
fromGloucester County College in New Jersey. Amember of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of
Nursing, Sharon is employed by South Jersey Health System as an RN in the Emergency Room. She recently used
research from her capstone project in ostomy care to effect changes in the ostomy program at a local hospital.
Sharon has earned numerous professional certifications and also works as a Clinical Nursing Instructor at Salem
Community College in New Jersey. She and her family are Franklinville, N.J., residents.
SAMUEL A SACHS
Bachelor of Science in Sports Management, minor in Political Science
Sam graduates with a B.S. in Sports Management, a minor in Political Science and a 3.90 grade point average. He is a
member of the Dean’s List; Delta Epsilon Rho, theWilmington University Honor Society; and Sigma Beta Delta, the
International Honor Society in Business, Management, and Administration. Sam served as President of the Student
Athlete Advisory Commi ee for the 2012-2013 school year and has also been active in the Student Government
Association and the Student Leadership Challenge. A part-time bookkeeper for Steven Sachs Appraisal Access,
he is a four-year member of the golf team, earning recognition as an Athletic All-Star and member of the Central
Atlantic Collegiate Conference Academic All-Conference Team. Sam resides inWilmington, Del.
